Description

Step back in time to historic Hawaii with this this charming oceanfront cottage directly on Kailua Beach. As you make your way towards the house you can smell the salty ocean and feel the gentle breeze surround you. The tall coconut trees blanket the perimeter of the property and add that additional tropical experience that is none other than Hawaii! You are greeted by a large front porch truly made for relaxing. The white wicker furniture accented with varying shades of blue decorative pillows and cushions provide multiple seating areas for sitting back and enjoying a cup of coffee. As the double doors open to the cottage you walk into a large family/dining room with large picture windows that look out into the expansive green yard that leads to the ocean. The house has a total of three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms and can accommodate up to six (6) guests. The rustic wooden floors add to the charm of the cottage and you can feel the history that lives in such a charming home. At the back of the house there is another set of double doors that lead out to the back deck. The perfect location for enjoying family time with the outdoor dining table w/umbrella, propane grill and beach loungers for laying out and tanning. Or better yet, grab your beach towel, boogie board and take the short walk to the beach...just steps from the home. You will surely be amazed by the white sandy beach and clear blue waters. The home is centrally located directly in Kailua town. You have access to many desirable shopping options such as Whole Foods, Down to Earth, Target and dining options are plentiful with many local eateries and restaurants. In addition, there are many local boutiques for shopping for unique Hawaii gifts for remembering your Hawaiian holiday.
